Dell Vostro 5471 turn off lcd after 3 minute

Hi everyone i have Dell Vostro 5471 turn off lcd after few minute.With external displayis ok but lcd is black . Any idea wher is my problem ?. i try to desable graphic card but is same problem

Lid switch status? If the lid detector believes the clamshell is closed, display will turn off.

Check the power rail used to power the display. Is the enable on or off when the display is off.

Is it the lcd that shut off or only the backlight? Test with a flashlight to see if the display graphics can be seen.

yes i have 19v and 3,3v when display is off , No i not have dsiplay when lcd is black i see i not have figure on lcd with flashing . i test half sensor with magnete is ok
i try another lcd another RAm and another win
