hp elitebook folio 1040 g3 screen flickering

refer the video, when i plugged in the charger flicker will gone....

i figure out this flicker happen after installing intel hd graphics....processor i7 6600u with intel HD 520 ....

if i disable intel hd graphics 520 on device manager, no flickering at all...

If its Win11 OS, strongly suggest to format it and do a clean install and then update drivers. Have faced this sissue on a acer nitro and it turned out to be win11 issue.
