MSI Sword 15 A11UD (MS-15821) Help identify item

Hi all. At the repair, a 120 ohm laptop on duty 5 volts is heated by PU8, I could not find anything by marking on the chip. Help me understand what this element is. The inscriptions on it are 1757v below f1115
