lenovo t490 incorrect charger attached help

came as a dead board
would only power on battery
found a shorted cap and replaced.( marked in red)
i have found I am mising 20v on the mosfets.. (marked in red)
I only have 5v across these

bit stuck where to go from here

the error message is

The connected AC adapter has a lower wattage than the recommended mode

shows up as 15w charger in windows

its a strange thunder bolt issue i think, the shorted cap threw me a bit.

Flashed with thunderbolt firmware all good now
have 20v will test in machine shortly

all sorted now this one is working now.
