asus x509j dead laptop

I have asus x509j laptop here comes with dead laptop, found out shorted 3v 5v RT8249C ic.I already replaced it but no voltage on LD0 3 LD0 5 EN1,EN2 and also no voltage on PGOOD, but have voltage on pin 13 vin.main power voltage is good, anyone can help on this please

You have more then 1000 posts and still you comeback with very basic issues. Start with measuring resistance to GND on LDO3 and LDO5.
