OEM lock on Intel CPU's

Recently I heard that some Dell laptops have a soldered on CPU OEM lock on them so that they can only be used on other Dell's. Does anybody know about this lock and possibly a way to remove them?

Thats called bootguard but unfortunately i dont know how to disable that.
