Dell vostro 3590 has just increased the input line to 0.08a, after 3 seconds it turns off.

Check the usual:

1) official power adapter from Dell?

2) ps_id of the power adapter must work so the EC can detect the adapter is valid to power the laptop

3) check the 2*DCin mosfets. Measure the voltage on each pin - source/gate/drain.
