    soc getting hot, no display

The soc becomes a burning hot in exactly 2 seconds, is it normal or not?
There is no core, and the board is LA-C451P. (1.0v prime, 1.0v pch, vccsa, ram etc are generating).
    Board taking about 500mA.
For testing, just inject 0.9V on core coil, the cpu normally heat but ampere showing 500-700mA.
    Any clue.,.,regards

    check +VCCPLL_OC_SOURCE at page 17
    Voltage at PJP27/32/35
    UD1,pin4 voltage
    RUNPWROK

What is the resistance to GND on vcore and VCCGT coil?

500ma is far too much for board without Vcore, consider a short 3valw_pch
