You havn`t told us what the motherboard part number is in this thread, i assume its the LA-C991P as you`ve posted a request for the schematic ->

Asking for the model of a PCH with all the relevant information still visibly printed on it, probably with the idea of replacing it, is somehow... interesting.

The other component in question is probably the CardReader controller and the exact model will probably be determined with the schematics shared by SMDFlea.
