    HP Envy X360 M13 (LA-K261P)

Hey guys, how are you? I have a problem with an HP x360 M13 motherboard LA-k261P.

The machine turns on for a few seconds and turns off, it does not give an image.
I have all the sources working except VVCIN
The VVCIN controller (RT3613EE) has power on VIN_VCCIN (12V) on VCC (5v), VREF06 (Goes to 0.6V), I have a short SVID communication on DATA/Clock, DRVEN (3V), VR_ON (3V), VR_READY ( 3V), but it does not send PWM pulses to the driver at any time, not a single pulse. The drivers are powered, enabled, but without PWM. I don't know if I'm forgetting something, it looks like the IC is faulty to me, but since I don't have a replacement and would have to import it, I'd like to know if there's anything else I can measure before doing so. From already thank you very much.

I leave you the diagram just in case

Usually it turns out being a dead CPU. But you can rule out the PWM-Curcuit being the issue with one of its components of course. Sometimes you get the clue by measuring resistance to GND of all Gate Pins and compare. The faulty Driver or Mosfet will significantly differ in the value. Another suggestion would be a detailed visual inspection.
