hp envy x360 m6 convertible 3V3 short to ground 0.0ohm

Hello everyone!
I need our help I have with me an hp envy x360 m6 convertible with a charging light on when i plug the charger and which does not start when press the power button.
after checking I have not found the 3V3 and the coil is in cc on the ground on the other hand the 5v is present .
i want to star inject 1 v 0.8a to find heating component but i dont if is right way to beguin start find the issue

remove 3V3 coil and check resistance on pads
