Symptoms and tests.
1) sometimes no trigger.
2) sometime only 5v generating and no 3v before trigger, ENTRIP2 value 0, entrip1 value 0.70v, seems that no KBC_PWR_ON receiving
3) sometimes auto start, and on/off continues taking about 200mA.
4) on CLR 19v decreases to like 1v,(gate of 1st most p-channel mos showed at that time 16v, other time both gates voltages ok about 7v & 25v respectively)
5) no Ram voltages, +VCCSA & +VTT (all uses V5IN as about 3.3 instead of +V5A (5v), generated from a switch whose gate voltage not proper i.e only about 4.7v instead of 9v controlled By KBC_PWR_ON by IO
6) 1.8 v ok but not its PG, +V1.05M_LAN ok
7) Slp_s3 and Slp_s4 are generating
IO not producing KBC_PWR_ON, any guide plz
