ASUS X509JB hdd problem

hello all
customer had a problem in laptop asus x509jb i5 10th generation the problem of this laptop is didn`t see the hdd i tried update bios and changed the cable of the sata hdd at the same
i installed the IRST raid also and tried install win 10&11
all at the same
this laptop was came it was water dropped on it i cleaned and IO changed
is anybody has help me to solve it or has boardview or schematic
