8460P with AMD gpu, turns on and off intermittently fan spinning full speed, like it would if you removed the processor. vcc core voltage is 0v. I have changed cpu power supply(mosfets and coils) with the working ones but can,t get the voltage or power on continuos. What might be wrong?
