Dell Latitude 7480 Compal CAZ20 LA-E132P working good but no display when check the display socket i didnt find any volt on Display on pin and when check the diod DV2 i didnt find any volt on 2 & 3 pins

Its dimm display or no display at all? Display on external monitor is working?

no display at all not on the laptop screen & no on external screen
i found that these 2 signals come from the chip wich is integrated with the cpu is it right ?

Are you sure motherboard is posting? Check with a usb external keyboard and see if numlock light glows on keyboard or not. You wont get those signals at edp connnector if mb is not posting.
