Lenovo Yoga 700-14ISK at startup 4 beeps no display

hi!
Yoga 700 14 ISK at startup beeps 4 short and doesnt boot !!!??? Black screen!
came with a broken screen
on startup no display and 4 beeps
tried new screen , different ram no success
3v and 7v coming though ribbon cable to the screen
any suggestion?

Carefully.. measure the voltage on each pin of the charger IC at pu101.

Post each measurement and the pin number.
