Dell Vostro 15 3568 M/B 15341-1: shutdown after 0.5s

Hi everyone,
a customer brought me a Dell Vostro 15 3568 M/B 15341-1 that doesn't turn on: actually, connecting the power supply the power led turns on automatically and remains fixed but nothing more (no backlight, no fan, no battery, no keyboard led...nothing).
Changed AC adapter, CMOS battery, RAM, cleared CMOS: same behavior.
Cleared ME with FIT: turn on by power button then turn off after 0.5 seconds

Some readings:
5V_S5 = 5.18V
3D3V_S5 = 3.34V
1D0V_S5 = 1.01V
1D0V_S5_PWRGD = 3.03V
1D8V_S5 = 1.80V
1D8V_S5_PWROK = 3.03V
3D3V_S5_KBC = 3.34V
3D3V_S5_PCH = 3.34V

What can I check ?
