I have a surface Laptop 3 i5/8gb/256 and it wouldn't boot, I was able to get to recovery and wipe the os. It has secure boot enabled and I can't change UEFI settings managed by a cooperation (eBay purchase!). So I can't boot to anything other than UEFI and unable to boot from USB to reinstall an OS. Do I now have a very pretty paper weight? Can anything help me here or do I need to go through return process?
