Asus X453M Wont Turn On

asus x453m cant turn on...no have any light indicator....when plugged in ampere read 0.01...I have check 19v /3v (PL8100) /5v (PL8101) all normal....i try flash bios but also same...no respond when press power button

Wow, that's the smallest heatsink i have ever seen... poor SoC...

However, repair guide is available. Nothing more to do than to follow the signals. If I understood correct, +3VO and +5VSUSO are present. So, where are you stuck right, now?

ya +3VO and +5VSUSO are present, but when i press power button no respond at all...ampere no still remain 0.01....3v on power button are present

please refer to this video...ampere 0.01 but when i press power button no respond at all....when i hold power button ampere drop to 0.00 and release become 0.01
