Does anyone know about this mosfet? I've tried to google it but there is no information about it.

From a search of the logic board, this mosfet is close to the battery connector. Likely this is the battery mosfet that enables if the logic board is powered by the battery.
Review where the gate pin / pcb trace travels on the board.
If the pin mates with the charger IC then this is very likely an N-channel mosfet.
What charger IC is onboard? Share the topside markings.
If you find there is a small footprint mosfet on the gate pin, then this is a P-channel mosfet where the extra parts on the gate pin build up a voltage divider when enabled. The lowering of the voltage on the gate pin is required for a P-channel mosfet to enable. -
