Asus X540UV fan always on

I've a problem on a X540UV , the fan is always on, but no option in the bios.
Windows / linux => same
Flash bios => same

What can i check on the motherboard for this problem please?

You could check for a internal shorted load switch (+5VS to +5V for example). Well, i can tell you a funny story about a laptop where the fan was full on as soon as battery or charger was present. However, check the 5V load-switch(es).
