    HP Probook 4540

    Good day everyone
    Pls I have this board that is not power at all but immediately I insert DC their is 19v at clr but quickly dropping till 0v
    First MOSFET is not switching 19v
    After check the gate I discovered it's 19v instead of 6v.
    I forced ground to the diode connected with voltage devider resistors and 6v present at the gate and 19 enter clr but voltage at power button.
    Kindly help me oo
