HP Spectre XT 13-2103ef ultrabook platform attack detected

Hi,

I have this HP Ultrabook bought in a second hand computers store , unfortunately it had been locked remotely , is there any method to unlock this ? The vendor claims that it is not is responsibility. I searched for solutions but I did not find anything. I have tried to dump and unlocked BIOS as it was a simple BIOS password removal but I get the same thing. Can someone give me a solution or any clue please ? I mean of course any hardware solution.
