Dell Inspiron 14-3421 - 3beep peoblem

Hi friends
I have a problem with dell Inspiron 14-3421
m.b 12204-1
this machine came to me from another shop with no power. I found short in 5V_PWR line
after replace
u6102
u6101
pu4601
pu4801
pu4201
& KBC npce885pa0dx with npce885Ga0dx
I don't know it is right or no
M.B power on ok but with 3 beep
After checking I found pl4501 has 0.4v
Pl4501 ohm =12
I replaced pu4501 with no success
Pu4501 pins
Pin 9 vin - 5v ok
Pin 13 EN– 3.3v ok
Pin 2 REFIN – 3.3V
Can anyone help me ?

Pin16,PWRGD present?? Resistance seems low for PL4501. Usually its higher for 4th/5th gen SOC.

The problem was solved by replacing pr4514 it was open (1.3k)
After replacing it with another (3.3 ohm) 1.05 volt it came on ok
