Acer Predator Helios 500 (PH517-51) no power, .brd file needed

Help needed in troubleshooting Acer Predator Helios 500 (PH517-51) no power. There is no short on power rails. Mosfets PQ37, PQ41, but GATE voltage is missing (PR69, PR70 resistors are OK). I took the following measurements on PU19 (BQ24780SRUYR):

    #6 - ACDET 0V (PR408 has 19.6V on top, but 0V on bottom) - should be arround 3V...6V

    #5 - ACOK 0V

    #4 - ACDRV 0V (needed to open PQ37, PQ41)

    #1 - ACN 19.6V
    #2 - ACP 0V

    #24 - 0V (should be 6V)

I am confused by having 0V on pin#6. PR408 and PR403 are not shorted, but their values are different than it is shown on a schematics (PR403 - 128kOhm, PR408 - 424kOhm). I have two laptops with exactly the same issue and readings.

Remove all power. Meter in resistance mode.

Measure the resistance across the pins of PR408.

Are the readings close to the schematic value? If not, the resistor may be defective. Do also inspect the bottom side resistor on this leg. Together, they lower the ~19v to a safe value to detect the presence of the power adapter.

ACDET must be a valid voltage > 2.4 volts to enable the boosted gate voltage for the ACDRV pin.

Are you sure about pin#2 being 0V?? Pin1 and 2 shoud differ by few mV only.
