Toshiba L300 5v is is missing.

    Toshiba L300 5v is is missing.

    Good day everyone.
    I've two board Toshiba L300 having the same fault.
    3.3 v is present but 5v is is missing.
    Vreg,vreg5&ref are present
    Entrip2 present but entrip1 is missing.
    I traced EC_PW_ON which enable entrip1 to SIO but not present.
    Pls helpppppppppppppp.

      Can you link or post the schematic?

      Remove all power. Meter in resistance mode.

      Measure the resistance to ground of the power rail that is not working.

      Post the resistance reading with the meter scale.
