Did not work, posting my original files to see if someone else can assist? I'm looking to have absolute disabled in both of these files / cleaned ME please.

    Service tag is JXHJ5S3

I've been struggling for about a month in this thread trying to get this fixed, any help is truly appreciated.

So you need to do a clean ME to your full bios.

Hi volinakis , I was unsuccessful and got stuck. I was able to install ME Analyzer, get the same output in you screenshot at the bottom when loading my 16mb file. When I go to find the right firmware (attached in screenshot), I does not seem that my version is available out there to use as a base file for the cleaning process. Do you know of anyone that has gotten their ME Cleaned with version 16.1.31.xxxx? I'm only seeing all the guides go up to version 15.x.x.

Any help is appreciated, I'm really stuck on this next part.

    Thank you,

    - Brian.

post moved...next time look for a thread with the name and model, motherboard model of the laptop, and post there, if you can't find it, then make a new thread..

I will try to do this myself and report back. First time performing an "ME" clean.

On a similar board (Optiplex 7010 micro) I required both the 16mb and 32mb chips to be updated in order for it work. hoaca388 helped with that one. I'm wondering if edits need to be made to the 16mb file as well?

The video came online (good, I wasn't waiting long enough for the reboots), i went into bios but the Absolute is still grayed out. Any thoughts?

volinakis - I was able to flash the original bios back and boot up. I'm trying to factory reset, then reflash to see if it helps it boot up.
