Intel NUC NUC5CPYH NUC5CPYB bios update failed

Hi,
I am trying to update my Intel NUC5CPYH bios but I get the error "Flashing Intel Management Firmware Failed" with error 8x000000000000003 , 0

I have tried using the DOS utility, windows utility, F7 menu and visual bios menu.....I have tried with the bios security jumper set to normal or off but I still get the same error.
Does anybody have any ideas how to fix this?
