There must be some other part numbers besides that. Sometimes stickers are put over the silkscreened marking,so peel back any stickers you see. Post pictures of both sides of the motherboard

Can`t find anything for that model number next to the cpu. Make another backup the one you posted is empty. Have you desoldered the chip,are you using a clip ? ,what programmer and software version are you using.

If the programmer has recognised the chip ok and its supported then the backup is empty,its probably been erased already.If the programmer doesn`t recognise the chip choose another such as W25Q32 (4MB) ,W25Q64 (8MB) etc ,whatever size the chip is.Without a good backup and being able to ID the motherboard it can`t be fixed,unless someone has the same board and posts a working dump.
