Medion akoya p5320 e

Motheboard : h110h4-cm2
I downloaded bios update for this model and extracted it.
Then I got 110H4W0X.111 file,using UefiTool extracted .rom file but only 5.2 mb big.
Is it possible to extract .bin file from this 110H4W0X.111 file ?
