                Program this file to your 16MB chip and put your 8MB chip back.
                the file has been unlocked using RCUlocker tool.

                                Here's your Unlocked file, in the first boot go to bios menu and disable security options (Default).

                                        It was a physically damaged bios chip. Even after erasing it wasn't empty. I tested with different programmers. After changing to a new bios chip, the computer started working even with the original dump - booted up and completed the bios update. Thank you for your help.
