Has anyone got a schematic for a HP Pavilion 23-P250na All-in-One

I need to know what U2001 is, it's near the USB ports, there are 2, 1 is blown they are marked 2820a MM-g1 418586

The original AMM is rated at 2A continuous ,the EMM at 2.5A

I've searched all of my old boards looking for a compatible mosfet and have found only 1 of the correct size, it's a L518c.
But I don't know if it's a N-Channel or not.

The AP2820AMM-G1 is more than a plain mosfet, read the datasheet. Find a datasheet or more info for the L518c ,find out what it is, if its not pin to pin compatible with the same or better spec don`t use it .

Yes, I want to be completely sure that it's a good replacement and I can't find a datasheet at the moment, I'll keep searching.
The owner is in a rush (aren't they always) and has found a used motherboard on ebay so doesn't want to wait for a component to arrive from China.
