Intel D53427RKE board from NUC PC DC53427HYE i5

Hi guys.

I have a problem with NUC PC.

Tested different RAM modules, disconnected mSATA, changed power adapter, no success.

After connecting power supply (19V) Stand-by LED light as usual.
Pressing the power button change LED behavior to blinking, but no video on DP output, no fan rotating.

Tested also with lab. power supply.
No short on input power connector, "big" capacitors and some FETs.

Std-by 5V measured OK.

The schematics
OR
BIOS dump from eprom would be helpfull.

Any ideas what to test as next step?
