Looking for BIOS for this model.
Motherboard: HH514 LA-L974P Rev:1B
The BIOS should have 16MB, the chip is a Winbond 25W16JWSIQ

W25Q16JW is 2 Mega Bytes (16 Mega bits). It is probably the NVIDIA vBios firmware on that chip. It`s not the bios.

Type the laptop serial number and/or SNID

Sorry, that was my mistake. Somehow, I can't get the device to work. It starts up for about 3 seconds, the keyboard lighting is briefly visible, and the fans spin. The whole thing then repeats itself and nothing happens on the display.
I checked the voltages, and the CPU and GPU are getting warm. No short circuit measured, no liquid damage, RAM is OK. Could the error be coming from the BIOS? How should I proceed?
