MB - D8-MFF-BF Rev A00, or if someone knows the value of the 0805 smd cap that stands right after the power connector.

Hi I need bios for dell OptiPlex 3050 all in one mb part is ipkbl-sr/35w.
Old bios display is coming but giving following error
(A7) FW downgrade - request mespilock fail upon starting
After this error all in one again restart and again same error not booting
I am attaching here old file
Urgent help required because its server pc of someone
