Bios OptiPlex Small Form Factor Plus 7020

Hello everyone!
I have a PC that does not see either a discrete card or an m2 SSD. The integrated graphics only outputs a picture to one of the three DP connectors. Someone has already flashed the BIOS. I suspect that the BIOS is crooked.
Please help me figure this out. I can't figure it out myself. I am attaching backups and markings.

Thanks for trying! Unfortunately, the computer does not turn on at all with these images
I also noticed the incorrect dumps, but there are no others, unfortunately
