BIOS Admin Password remove for Dell Optiplex 3090 SFF

Hello there,
My Dell Optiplex 3090 bios is locked with admin password. Worst of all, it seems.
Here is my system number 1THQMS3-8FC8.

I don't have the hardware to dump my bios, and I can't pay 400€ to hope to get a password from a guy I don't even know exists. So without conviction I'm wondering if anyone here can help me.

Your backup is only 269KB ,it`s a bad backup. Use NeoProgrammer or AsProgrammer software, you`ll find them in the forum. What is the part number on the bios chip ?

Nope, that one is bad as well. Post a picture of the bios chip on the motherboard ,and if you`re using a clip post a pic of that too
