Lenovo ThinkStation P700 type 30A8

Hello all,

I have a Lenovo Think Station P700. I bought it second hand in order to use it as a server for home use for testing purposes.
It was running Windows 10 when purchased and I did an update and the BIOS stopped working. I took it to a repair shop and they couldn't find the BIOS for the P700 and told me they put the BIOS from the p500.
But at the moment the BIOS is missing Intel ME. It only shows Intel ME Firmware Version N/A. And current state is: it stuck at Lenovo logo.
I'm not a professional, but I have a CH341a and did a dump of the current BIOS.

Processor: 2 x Intel Xeon E5-2630v3
RAM: 4 x 8GB DDR4 2133MHz
GPU: NVIDIA 1060 6GB
Machine Type: 30A8
S/N: S4T09016
Motherboard: Lenovo Vega v1.1
BIOS Version: A5KTACA
