Read post #3 again.If you only have the motherboard and no bios backups say so.If you have the full PC post the service tag,if you can make backups post them......

issue before : shutdown while bios upgrade and no power on just 3 blink 6 blink
i used bios from Post 9 pc power on but issue now cpu fan at full speed can't control it.
reset bios , downgrade bios , upgrade bios , added service tag tried all this same result cpu fan running at full speed

this is my backup bios before flashing.
