Lenovo ThinkCentre P360 Tiny

Trying to determine if this BIOS can be unlocked so I can adjust power (PL1/PL2) and voltage settings?

I did some reading on this and CFG Lock but the text string for "CFG Lock" does show up when I open the BIOS (.CAP file) in UEFITool, so not sure if that means I'm out of luck or that search won't work properly because it's a .CAP instead of .BIN/.ROM. There is also no "Extract Body As" option in UEFITool which is a step I saw people say needs to be done if you have a .CAP file and want to do anything further, so I got stuck on where to go.

Small correction on model, it's a ThinkStation not a ThinkCentre

The version to use on extractioni is UEFItool_NA, the regular UEFItool is for insertion.

I can't find a UEFITool_NA anywhere. There is UEFItool_NE and UEFIExtract_NE and I tried both of those.
