Im searching for bios for Intel Skull Canyon nuc6i7kyk

I're tried recovery options but those doesnt work

Downloaded bioses from Intel web site but they all have .bio extension and from what i've read they cant be programmed via ch341a.

At this moment only fan is running and constant white led
