i tried to clean the bios bin < but it doesn't work

The BIOS read from my motherboard.

It can't start the machine. I shorted the service mode jumper. It works.

Can someone help me to change the me?

Thanks. It has solved. I used the ME , 12.0.68.1606 . It can use,just sata0 can't use .
