I repaired. I use z97 hd3 as reference... while fiddling with ram 1.5 v power, I realise the enable pin has no voltage...so I checked and later I realise that it was the pch 1.5 v did not have.. it is a colder solder at lm324.
I am quite surprise this is the case as usu if pch1.5v is not present it will spin and reboot...not drop dead...
Just a case for reference ...

I have a Gigabyte A520I AC and last week when I went to power it on, it doesn't do anything when I press the power button. Not sure if it got hit by a power surge or something, but if anyone has schematics and boardview files so I can try and diagnose/repair it, I would appreciate it.
