Circled in red is 4 x 100uF 25V, GTL+ voltage supply to the 865 chipset (1.5V each). Circled green is a cap also a 25V, is regulated by nearby for 3.3V or something). I find these are also critical caps for total stablity of the board.
Why 25V caps nearly everywhere? That's too far away from target voltages of 5V and below and degrades because the oxide layer is not well formed, ESR go higher. I found them too high ESR, check them by pulling them out and let cool, measure each.
These goes along with other CPU caps, and the input capacitors. Stay tuned, I've to put together the parts to fully test the Intel board I just fixed.
