service manual for ASUS NCCH-DL mb

Dear members,
i 'm looking for the service manual or schematic about a server ASUS NCCH-DL mobo i have.
After a continous work for about 6 months, yesterday my 2 xeon PC with the above mobo has stoped.
PSU is OK (tested)
I have changed almost all electrolytic caps above 1000uf with no luck.
When i connect PSU, mobo green LED is on. 5V are exist in PSU ATX socket but no 5V in mobo. Also i can't power on mobo from power button.
3,3V exists in some points but i noticed that a MOSFET beetween two PCI sockets it hot enough.
If someone has this service manual, please share to make some detailed measurements!

EDIT: Today i found that there must be a short circuit (very low res. about 1 ohm) beetween pins of the electrolytic near the hot MOSFET i've described in the first post.
I've measure also the reset pin to connector and there is only 0,5V in there.
PSU green wire (stand by voltage) is about 7Volts! Is it correct? I don't know where to look at.

Maybe because this is a server pcb and it's difficult to find.
