    Asus b450m plus gaming no display

    hi
    asus b450 power on with no picture
    debug tester shows 00 code
    i check every voltage rail no short no missing volt in ram section or cpu
    VDDQ VPP VTT VDDSPD VCOR VCCRTC VCCSOC ... all voltages present
    cpu heat up slowly all cpu vrm have 0.84v
    i think we have missing reset signal .
