Hi.
I have an Acer Nitro N50-640 that has been downgraded by fitting a Core i3-12100F processor and a Radeon RX560 graphics card. I am running Windows 11 Home.
There are 6 USB ports on the back of the machine (2 blue, 4 black), and 1 red USB and a USB-C on the front of the machine. I believe that all of these are mounted directly on the motherboard.
The red port on the front of the machine has stopped working whilst all the others are OK. I have tried eveything in software that I can think of, including uninstalling the USB Controllers in Device Manager and letting the PC re-install them on reboot.
Nothing I have tried has had any effect, does this look like a hardware problem?
Any ideas as to what to try next would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Chris.
