have dell 9020 mt - motherboard E93839 AM0426 service tag : GS2LR12 - power on but not displaying with beep 1-3-2 i check the ram slot volts 1.5 - 0.75 - 3.3 on pin 236 are oki flashed the two bios chips with defferent files last time with clean me and still the same issue
