Dell Inspiron AiO 5490 Help (IPCML-CL)

hello guys, my name is Marcos, i'm from Brazil, this is my first post

i'm trouble with this machine on 15+ days, and I cant fix it

so the problem is, sometimes it doesnt recognize the M2 ssd and Sata drives
TPM error when the machine is powered on, and some erros inside the operational system, audio doenst work too...

I have 11 identical motherboards (6 of them is Core i5 CPU and 5 Core i7)

2 of the boards are working fine, no errors, 100%, but all the other 9 have the same problem...

I already removed the Bios chip from the boards that is working ok and put on the others but no sucess, i'm out of ideas

so my question is, someone already got this problem?

I tryed almost all the Bios versions of the Dell website, burned some bios that i've founded on the internet too, but the problem persists...

I will post the pictures of errors, if someone can help, i will be eternally grateful

Post all of the service tags and mark the 2 which are working ok.

hello guys, after a while I got the board working, it was a BIOS problem, so, if someone got a sabe problem I will post here the archive I used
