Dell Precision 3630 possible to activate AMT /w KVM feature

Is it possible to activate AMT /w KVM feature on Dell Precision 3630 using a method similar to the one (i.e. fptw64) used on Optiplex series?

Done on Precision 3630 with Service Mode jumper set.
